Shipping Policy

UK Delivery: We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. We use trusted local carriers including Royal Mail and DPD.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, standard UK delivery usually takes 2-4 working days. We also offer Next-Day UK Delivery options at checkout for when you need your skincare essentials urgently.

International Delivery (USA): We now offer shipping to the USA. Please note that shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination. All applicable duties and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

UK Returns: We hope you love your Mens Skins products, but if you need to return an item, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt for UK orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products unless they are faulty.

International Returns (USA): Please note that all international orders, including shipments to the USA, are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

How to Return (UK Only):

  • Contact us at info@mensskins.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
  • Securely package the item and send it to the provided return address.

Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
